I originally found this recipe on Our Salty Kitchen.





It is an awesome warm and hearty but healthy summer recipe with only 13 ingredients. I'll share the ingredient list below and head on over to their blog for the full recipe.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz Chicken breasts

  • 2 Avocados

  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 1/2 Red onion, medium

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

  • 1 tsp Black pepper, cracked

  • 1 Kosher salt

  • 1 Pepper

  • 2 tsp Sea or kosher salt

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
